Mr. Pritesh Dawda is an accomplished civil engineer with two decades of experience in managing large-scale residential and commercial construction projects. His expertise lies in project and construction management, client coordination, and strategic planning. Over the years, he has successfully overseen multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring seamless execution through effective planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
Pritesh has a strong background in contract administration, project controls, estimation, budgeting, and operations management. He has held leadership positions at reputed organizations such as Green World Construction, Dheeraj Realty, Sheth Creators, Rustomjee, and Skyline Group.
His leadership style emphasizes efficiency, collaboration, and strategic decision-making to drive business growth and operational excellence

Mr. Harjit Bhui
Mr. Harjit Bhui is a seasoned industry leader with over 35 years of experience in the construction sector. He holds a Diploma in Construction Engineering and a Post Graduation in Management Studies from Welingkar Institute. Throughout his career, Harjit has been instrumental in driving large-scale projects with a focus on project management, execution, strategic planning, quality assurance, safety, and sustainability.
Prior to LID GROUP, he held a key leadership positions at prestigious organizations such as Sunteck Realty, Runwal Group, Lodha Group, and Kalpataru, where he played a vital role in delivering landmark projects. His expertise in managing end-to-end construction operations, coupled with his strategic vision, makes him a valuable asset to the organization.
Mr. Chirag Parmar
Mr. Chirag Parmar is a distinguished professional with 25 years of experience in the infrastructure and construction industry. With a background in mechanical engineering, he has honed his expertise in project execution, strategic planning, and business development. Chirag serves as Director at Multiequip Infraventures, where he played a key role in driving business growth and operational excellence. He is also a Partner at Banyon Tree LLP.
